What is asTech 360?
asTech 360 is a live diagnostic support membership that connects your technicians with brand-specific master technicians who specialize in complex diagnostics, programming workflows and OEM procedures.
It helps your technicians:

- Lower programming and module replacement risk with the right preparation
- Get OEM information when aftermarket data isn’t enough

How asTech 360 works
1. Connect your tool.
Connect DrivePro Plus 2 or CarDAQ-Pro to the vehicle and run a scan.
2. Run a Quick Test.
Capture the VIN, fault codes and system data.
3. Submit your case.
Add the issue, symptoms and any tests already done.
4. Work with an asTech 360 technician.
An OE-experienced specialist reviews the data and calls your shop with a diagnostic plan.
