HOW IVS 360 WORKS

2. Run a Quick Test

Capture the VIN, fault codes, and system data from the vehicle.

3. Submit your case

Add the vehicle issue, symptoms, and any tests already performed.

4. Work with an IVS 360 technician

Your case is routed to an OE-experienced specialist who reviews the data and calls your shop with a diagnostic plan.
