REMOTE COLLISION DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
For DriveSafe customers.
When a repair calls for an OE scan, a calibration or module programming, most shops are stuck subletting or sending the car to the dealer. Collision Services connects your shop directly to OE-experienced master technicians who remote in, do the work and document it, so the vehicle never leaves your floor.
HOW COLLISION SERVICES WORK
1. Run your scan
Plug DriveSafe into the vehicle and run a pre-scan. The wizard captures the VIN, RO#, mileage and fault codes.
2. See what’s required
ADAS Checklist shows every ADAS system on the vehicle, which calibrations the OEM requires and if Opus can support them remotely.
3. Order Calibration or Request Help
Tap the “Request Help” button on your DriveSafe scan tool. The case packages the scan, codes and RO#. You enter a callback cell number and authorize the service.
4. Work with an Opus technician
An OE-experienced specialist texts and calls your shop, then with your green light remotes into the tool to run the OE scan, calibration or programming. The invoice and documentation push back into CCC.

THE SERVICES
- Expert Assisted OE Scans — an Opus tech remotes in and runs OE manufacturer software on the vehicle, billable to the carrier
- ADAS Calibration — Levels 1 through 3, ordered straight from the ADAS checklist, with strong economics on second and third calibrations on the same vehicle
- RAP Programming Support — remote flash and module programming so the shop never sublets a flash job
All of it runs through DriveSafe and pushes documentation and invoices back into CCC.
