Inside the ADAS Provider Network: How Jobs Reach You
Thousands of shops generate ADAS demand every month through ADAS Map, scrubbing estimates and identifying calibrations that need a provider. Most calibration providers outside the network don’t see that demand until a shop calls them. The ones inside the ADAS Provider Network and connected to these shops see it the moment the shop’s estimate is scrubbed, structured by VIN, with the calibration list and revenue opportunity already included.
Edition 4 walked through the collision shop’s side of the workflow (identify, scan, verify, calibrate, document). This edition flips the lens. The ADAS Provider Network is the other half of the same record, and it runs on two products that work together: the ADAS Provider Locator (where shops find you) and Connect CoPilot (where the actual job flow lives once you’re connected).
Here are the four moves that turn a provider listing into a working pipeline.
1. Show up in the shop’s Advanced Provider Locator
Advanced Provider Locator found in ADAS MAP and Connect CoPilot is the fix. Your profile carries postal codes serviced, hours, insurers you’ve agreed to participate with, the number of technicians and mobile vehicles you operate, your warranty terms and up to three business photos. Service delivery options (mobile, brick-and-mortar, remote, or any combination) are explicit. The Service List is a structured checklist of every type of calibration you offer, so shops searching for a specific calibration can match against your actual capabilities. Training and certifications are documented with uploaded supporting certificates.
If your radius is wrong, your service list is incomplete, or your certificates haven’t been refreshed since the last time you bought new targets, you’re filtering yourself out of jobs you could win.
2. Connect with the shops in your service area
The Advanced Locator gets you discovered. Connect CoPilot turns that discovery into a working relationship.
Inside Connect CoPilot, the Shop Search lets you enter a postal code and radius (up to 50 miles) to surface ADAS Map shops in your market. From there, you can request connections with shops you want to service or already work with, and shops choose which providers see their data. The network is permission-based on both sides.
This is the part most Providers underestimate. The Locator is passive discovery. Connect CoPilot is where you actively build your subscribed network of shops, and every connection you make adds another shop’s ADAS Map activity to your pipeline.
3. Receive clean, VIN-specific requests
Once you’re connected to a shop, every Repair Order they scrub through ADAS Map that triggers a calibration shows up in your Calibration Request Grid automatically. You see the VIN, the calibration list, the date and time of the scrub, the date the shop wants service, and the revenue opportunity per request. Connect CoPilot can even play an audible “cha-ching” notification when a new request lands.
This is what “no more phone tag” actually looks like in product form. The grid is structured data, not a free-text email. The job is half-defined before you’ve spoken to anyone.
For providers used to chasing follow-up questions (what’s the VIN, what’s the calibration, when does it need to happen, what’s the insurer paying), the grid collapses all four into a single row.
4. Manage and document each job
Click into a request and the Request Details Page opens with the VIN, year/make/model, insurance company name, and RO number. From there you can pull up the shop’s ADAS Map report, the RO lines that triggered the calibration and the priced grid of services required.
Two-way notes between provider and shop live on the same record. Drag-and-drop documentation attaches files directly. If the vehicle was previously scanned with an Opus IVS device, the scan reports auto-link in the Scan section. Documentation closes the loop on the same record the shop initiated, which means the insurer sees consistent records from both sides.
Providers running mobile or multi-location operations can layer Mobile CoPilot on top for dispatching, technician scheduling, job tracking and invoicing, all from the same workflow. The ADAS Validation Platform (AVP, coming soon) extends documentation further with calibration proof formatted for insurers and appraisers.
5. The Connect CoPilot Mobile App puts all this in the palm of your hand

Where you fit in the network
The ADAS Provider Network offers ADAS service and calibration providers two options depending on how deep you want to integrate:
- Locator + Connect CoPilot + Mobile App. Add structured digital requests, two-way notes, and documentation.
- Locator + Connect CoPilot + Mobile App + Mobile CoPilot. Add dispatching, job tracking, invoicing, and full mobile workflow.
If you’re already in the network, three questions worth asking this week:
- Is your Advanced Locator profile current? Service list, capabilities, certifications, mobile vehicle count, payment options?
- How many shops in your service area are you actively connected to in Connect CoPilot, and is that number growing month over month?
- Are the requests in your Calibration Request Grid being closed out with documentation that shops and insurers can use downstream?
If you’re not in the network yet, the demand is moving with or without you. ADAS Map is scrubbing estimates against OEM data right now, and connected providers are receiving structured calibration requests in real time. The only question is whether your business is in the pool to receive them.
